Note that the caramel flavor is pretty salty tasting. I find it interesting that they use olive oil in the granola. I’m any case, the customer service is excellent so if you don’t like the flavor, they will make it right.

chocolate is tasty somewhat

tasty i suppose but, there are no signs of any of the nut pieces in blue bag version i received. everything but, basically the pumpkin seeds and coconut bits are noticeable, everything else is like granulated size stuff. in pics they look bigger than they are in person.. also in bowl in pic is TWO se
rvings of this granola mix, you really don’t get for the 3 net carbs per serving.. personally this is more of a add-on product to me, not filling enough alone. i end up using 2 servings, then adding 10-15 grams of fisher pecan pieces, 10 grams of betterfoods allulose chocolate chips, 5 highkey chocolate chip mini cookie and pouring in 10oz of a keto chow chocolate peanut butter banana shake…yummy AM breakfast or afternoon lunch/snack this way..

Right amount of sweetness

I really enjoy this granola. Some people said it was too sweet and it made me hesitant but I went ahead to try it since there was a deal and I'm happy I did. It's very good and not to sweet at all. I use oat milk because it's sugar free. It's deffinately not like eating a bowl of fruity pebbles or co
co pebbles. It's no sweeter than say a nature valley honey oat granola for comparison. Possibly less sweet. I thought the caramel sea salt would be personally and was happy it wasn't. Great for snacking or a morning/evening bowl of cereal

I found this hoping it would be good for breakfast on our new diet. My husband who is pretty much a garbage disposal, didn't like it. I didn't like it either. So it was a waste of money for us.

I like to add granola to yogurt and can't do that on a low carb diet. This blend gives my yogurt some extra crunch and more protein. A bit expensive for the size of the bag but worth it for helping with weight loss!

Crunchy texture + good flavor = buy again!

I’ve eaten this like a breakfast cereal; in a bowl with milk or mixed with yoghurt. It is great for that. It doesn’t work for me as a snack, on its own. Fresh, crunchy texture. Sweet, but not too sweet. The tart one is nicely tart. (Not overwhelming.) Overall— a good purchase. I’d buy it again.

I was willing to pay $20. for 3, 6oz bags. I do not have a problem with. However, I threw them all out because, in my opinion they were not edible! The texture was good, hence the one star, which I had to give anyway. But the sweeteners (Erythritol, Monk Fruit and Stevia) have an awful aftertaste and
