If this had 6 stars I would give it more than 5. I use it to cut ANY meat. Makes my chicken cutlets nice and thin. Cuts within seconds. Very sharp Blades. Nice sharp blades and great ease of use - these get the job done. Unfortunately the build quality was fairly cheap I think - the little screws and metal pieces that hold the mechanisms together broke off most the blades, rendering the set unusable after about 1-2 years, depending on the blade.
