I normally don't order plants online after having a few bad experiences but I've been wanting a Ginseng Bonsai for awhile now. So I took a chance and ordered this one, it was a great description of the plant and I liked what I had seen and the price wasn't bad either! When my Ginseng Ficus tree arrived, the idiot delivery guy brought it at night and without a notification my poor plant sat outside my door overnight! Thankfully here in Pennsylvania it wasn't too cold yet, but in the morning when I found it, it was cold. I quickly brought it inside and sat it by my oven which was warm from my baking. The plant sat there all day and by night it seemed fine. It was wrapped securely around the base with Saran Wrap to keep the soil in the small nursery pot,it was wet but not soggy for the trip to me. The plant hadn't been harmed by the cold because the box also had some stuffing inside to keep the plant from bumping around... I was so impressed by the quality and care given to the plant for its shipping, that I just ordered another one as a Christmas gift for a friend! Needless to say I'm very happy with this purchase, see my tree in the photo, it's been transplanted into a new pot by me and he is so handsome! This plant arrived with another plant from a different Nursery. This one was beautifully packed to protect it from the cold. The one I ordered at the same time arrived dead............it had no packing the dirt and plant were out of the pot. its frozen and dead.

The plant arrived in outstanding packing that protected the plant beautifully. It arrived very healthy, and because of the way it was packed it also was moist. It is also larger than I expected, a good thing. The container is ceramic and very nice, and it comes with a humidity tray with rocks. I am very impressed. It's been a week and the plant looks great. The media could not be loaded. There are some dark spot on the leaves. I have to buy more products to save my bonsai from disease. Also, I have to order a bigger pot and special soil. A part of root is out of the soil because the bonsai is bigger than what it should be.
