I've used Brother Label Makers and Genuine Brother P-Touch Labels at work and at home for decades. I use labels for everything from office document notebooks and files to storage garage bins. As a hobby/service for my employer and my church I've taught workshops on how to organize for years. Brother products are my go-to. I recommend them highly to people who take my seminars.     • How to fix, everything else is installed and fit properly except this one.
I only returned one of two items on this order. One tape was unable to use and returned, the other one was fine and I am using. I was sent two in the replacement. Please accept my apologies for all the inconvenience and misunderstanding. Please invoice me for the extra tape sent to me in the return and I will be happy to pay for it. I will use.
