Pricey towels. Super soft. Packaging is a bit wasteful, but this is a product review, not environmental commentary. Takes a couple of washings to trigger proper water absorbency. Only complaint is the small tags stiched under the labels. They don't tear off easily and I wonder how they might be breaking stitches on the label/seam - time will tell. A couple just couldn't be removed without risk of tearing out stitching, but the seem to stiffen with washing, making them easier to remove. ... show more

I used to get Wamsutta towels, but once that was discontinued I hunted far and wide for good, plush, solid towels. These I tried and immediately decided they’re worth the high cost. Normally I have found Brooklinen to be a quality product. We loved these to begin with and they are still soft and absorbent, however they are coming apart where the weave in the material changes and now I have to throw it out. See picture attached.

I pulled these out of the package and was pleasantly surprise by how soft and thick they feel. My hopes were dashed the moment I used them to TRY to dry off after my shower. These are not cheap towels so I am extremely disappointed, and of course I can't return them because I used them! They do not absorb well at all and they take forever to dry which seems weird but there it is. Cheap towels may not feel as soft but at least I feel dry after using them and they dry quickly. So much for a spa-like experience. I have no idea why people write so many positive reviews when these are obviously the worst purchase ever! ... show more
