I am taking it every day. Even made it into a tonic with honey as to help with inflammation which is why I got it. I have only used for about 2 weeks so not sure how much it is helping long term. Some days I can notice some pain relief other days not so much. Will continue to use it.

So far I have only took this 1 time. But you can feel the ginger root after you take the daily pills. It gives you this warm feeling after you take the daily dose. So I know this has a strong those of ginger. ❤️ highly recommend for anyone looking for a ginger root supplement.

I got them thinking I’d have to take only 1 pill and not 3 per day. It serves its purpose and works well, just didn't want to add 2 more pills into my daily regimen

I have been using turmeric ginger supplements off and on for about six months now as turmeric is anti-inflammatory and recommended for joint health. I was using another brand, but opted to switch as the Bronson brand was more affordable. This brand contains BioPerine; this black pepper extract may help the body absorb the turmeric better. As with any supplement, please consult with your doctor. Following the guidelines of three capsules daily, you have 40 servings in this bottle. I've had no side effects. As for benefits, I haven't noticed a marked difference, only a bit of improvement. As for the company itself, Bronson Vitamins started in New York in 1960 and part of its mission is to provide reliable and high-quality vitamins and supplements.
