This Motor Cart Dolly. For service, maintain, and store your boat motor on an outboard motor carrier. It features (2) 6" rear tires, (2) 2" front casters and a 215 lb capacity for holding motors up to 60 hp. The motor carrier has a 1" thick stainless steel tube frame for support and a synthetic wood mounting block for resting the motor.The motor stands rest on rubber tires providing a solid foundation for carting outboard motors.. The carriers have ergonomic handles making it easy to cart outboard motors in the garage or shop.

I planned to return this because I thought a caster was missing but it was hiding in the box, so that problem was solved. :) I was also upset with the corroded wheel bearing surface (see photos), and it seemed like there was very fine sand on the wheel. Were some of the packed parts recycled from another return order, used??? The rest of the parts appeared new, but the box taping made it look like it might have been previously opened and retaped. That said, the bearings seemed to work okay and I've lubricated them so they shouldn't deteriorate further. I had a decision to make and here's the thing, the general quality of construction and the form factor for what I need (two trolling motors) is fantastic! I decided to live with the condition of the wheel so I didn't have to deal with the hassle of a return. It turned out to be a drawback I could live with, only mildly souring my purchase decision. Guessing the seller may have had something to do with this, but can't say for sure. Update: I contacted the seller and was met with both an apology and an offer to promptly replace the defective wheel. They sent it fedex and I've replaced it and everything is great. This cart rocks for my particular use which is for 50-60 lbs of weight for storing two trolling motors. I was tired of having them take up valuable real estate on my garage work tables. Updating to five stars both for the great product made better by excellent customer service. ... show more

You are probably wondering with all the great marks, why did I return it.. if not. I did. The item is superbly made and lots of features but "overstates" the weight that it will withstand and not break the stand or worse yet break something on the motor. I have a 210lb. motor and it is suppose to handle a 215lb. motor, I was skeptical but its made so well I thought it might fool me. Bottom-line, it bareliy handled it to the point of swaying left and right clearly due to the extreme weight for the apparatus. If I rolled into some dirt pebble on the garage floor it would almost topple over IF I wasnt payng attention and catch it. All of that is why I returned the thing. It’s awesome for something under 200lbs. thanks and hope this helps. ... show more

The stainless is beautiful and all hardware also stainless packed in pretty little bag with spare parts. Well designed and took 5 minutes to put together. This cart is very sturdy. It is not designed to hold a motor that is in any kind of tilted position! The weight must remain forward of the mounting plate as shown so the legs support the motor. 5 stars. ... show more

As others have said it’s a nice design with quality materials. However I would not feel comfortable putting anything heavier than 100lbs on it. My Tohatsu 15hp weighs 95lbs and it seems pretty close to max load - ok for wheeling it around my garage but I’m not sure I have the balls to pull the start cord. If it falls over I’ll be sure to update my review! ... show more

Easy to assemble. Quality stainless steel components. I use it for my 20hp Suzuki that weighs 100lbs and it’s very stable and easy to roll around the garage. Not sure what some of these other people are complaining about. Sure, if you’re going to yank the pull start on your engine you might want to be careful or have a buddy hold the engine. ... show more

Nice looking and stainless steel, but don’t even try to start a motor on this stand. I almost pulled over my 30hp Yamaha(130lbs) when trying to start it on muffs and I was being careful. Use for stationary storage only. It’s even precarious when rolling from one end of the garage to the other. Keep it still with the wheels locked and keeps kids away from it. ... show more

Surprisingly well built and fairly sturdy. The parts went together nicely and the install was straightforward. Holds my Yamaha 9.9HP easily but I don’t think I’d trust it with anything much bigger than that. It’s nice to have the locking coasters wheels too. I am very pleased with this product, right out of the box. It fit together easily and quickly, 5 to 7 minutes, with clear instructions and is plenty sturdy enough for my 38 lb. 2.5 hp motor for my tender dingy. Too soon to judge durability and, thus, overall value, so held off on a star on those two. Time will tell, but is a well built, quality product, just right for my needs. Can't say whether it's right for a 200 lb motor, but that's not a concern for me. ... show more
