It's exactly what I wanted. It's a cross between a dark and light denim which is what I was hoping for. Love that the shams are frayed, it adds to the western feel of the room I'm using it in. I bought a king for a queen bed because I wanted it to be long enough to cover the frame and it works well. I washed it before putting it on the bed and that was a little tough because although I have a large washing machine, this is rather thick to I had to shove it in. The result, after the dryer was a bit wrinkled and a few light spots here and there but again, in the olden days, they didn't have washers/dryers so it works for my western room.     • Where’s the cotton? 100% Polyester tag say’s otherwise!

Okay, so… upon receipt I checked the tag to make sure I washed and dried the beige comforter and pillow case appropriately. That’s when I read 100% polyester on the tag… hopped on Amazon to read the details of this set and low and behold, to my disappointment, this states something different than the description states (100% cotton) Proceeded to review reviews in greater detail… make sure you dry these on low, otherwise it could turn into a crispy mess basically. States some reviewer’s, hopefully I never forget this as I place it in my dryer and melt mine. Also this comforter is massive, which means it’s going to be something I need to take to the laundromat so I don’t destroy it as my washer has the center agitator. Same drying, it’s too large IMO and will likely not dry properly in my dryer. That said, I’d strongly suggest you take this to the laundromat and pray when you put it in the dryer. I didn’t look at the comforter open and lying flat upon arrival, I wanted to get it clean and the bed made tonight. Upon removing this twin xl in beige from the washing machine I could feel the stuffing all uneven inside. I’m praying it dries nicely and everything move’s back to where it’s supposed to be. I don’t know if the laundromat washer caused this as I removed it from the zipper bag and placed it in the large machine. I’m going to bring it home to line dry as I’ve had stuff melt in laundromat dryer’s before. ... show more
