I received my item today and i swear to you, I've never ran faster to my mailbox! Its so cute, and it promotes everything that it says! 1) The Hard Shell: It fits beautifully. Its a soft pink color with a matte finish. The installation of the shell can be done in literally under a minute. It's also ergonomic so it's easier for your hand to rest as you play. 2) The Joystick caps: It's a little tricky to put on (for me at least cause it was my first time) but all you have to do is flip the cap inside out, align it on top of the joycon and just reflip it. (Idk if that made sense???) But once you've gotten the handle of it, oh my god is it adorable! 3) The stand: It holds the Nintendo so beautifully and pretty solid too! 4) The case: By far the star of the show is the case. Absolutely stunning! It is exactly as it is advertised! It's solid, its soft in the inside, no damages and looks so cute! 5) The screen protector is a standard screen protector. I very much enjoyed how they took their time to make sure the screen protector was safe within the case so that it wouldn't shatter during shipping. I loved that extra step of care and it was very sweet :) So is this worth the money? Yes it is! The only slight downside is that with the hard-shell on the joycon, you can't attach it to the hand held controller, but it's not a problem to snap it off and on. But all in all 10/10! So, I’m gonna preface this with the precursory “I never write reviews!” quote here, but. I got in a car accident yesterday. Severe, car is totaled, most of my stuff was broken / lost / whatever. Well, I had my switch with me with only the hard shell case and screen protector on. Found my switch on the ground outside the car, and honestly, it’s still in perfect condition. Not a single scratch, dent, cracked screen or anything. Unfortunately, my thumb grips were lost to the wreckage, but as the one and only casualty… I’ll take it. I bought this on March 2, 2022. I was really happy with the cute case and thumb stick caps that came with it. The case was easy to put on and docked easily. I wouldn't call the case protective though. It's more a vanity shell. But I don't take it on the go a whole lot so it was fine for me. Though the pieces on one joycon didn't quite fully snap 100%, it stayed on reliably. Earlier this summer I put it in the case for a trip to Canada, where I didn't even use the Switch while there and I didn't get around to taking it back out and returning it to the dock until day before yesterday. I noticed when about to dock that the pink shell on the Switch body wasn't there. I returned to the carrying case to check and there were the 2 plastic pieces that are meant to be 1 piece. The 2 thin plastic parts on the sides of the kickstand that connect most of the shell to the bottom edge section had snapped, causing the shell to fall off. The plastic was never robust to begin with, but it seemed like it had become brittle and cracked at those weak points while sitting in the carrying case doing nothing. Overall, I'm happy with all the pieces that came in this set, but don't expect the body's vanity plastic shell to last. I myself am now shopping for a new one. Very cute case and the plastic protective case feels nice and soft. It is loose at the bottom but honestly that doesn't really bother me. I really only bought this bc its so cute so idc but if ur looking for actual protection i would maybe go with something different. :)

Love the color. The joystick covers feel great the strap is a little poorly made. The case shell fits decent (please make sure to push it into the bottom firmly and it’ll secure in place) the joycon shells if slid on first starting with top part should snap on easily then the plates set on top snap one d in and run your thumb across it till it fits in place then slide it in to place. The screen protector when on great but wish it has come with actual cleaning kit. ... show more
