  • The tube clamp mount with 360 rotating flag hole (Hole Diameter: 0.5''/12.7mm). Ideal for a variety of applications including whip lights, whip flags, antennas, light bars, LED off road lights and driving lights.
  • Kit comes with four sizes of rubber ring inserts to provide a snug fit and protect the mounting surface. Rubber ring diameters: 1.5" (38.1mm), 1.65" (41.91mm), 1.75" (44.45mm), 1.85" (46.99mm). The rubber ring can be increased or decreased according to the diameter of the round rails. The tube clamp have a 2" (50.8mm) diameter mounting hole when without the rubber ring insert.
  • Hinged design and single-bolt locking make installation easier. An Allen key is included in the package to facilitate your installation.

Totally impressed by the quality of these. Needed some adaptable mounts for mounting a chase bar to the rear of my SxS, and these worked flawlessly. Really like the pin detents for adjusting the brackets.

    • This is how they all should be made
These round bar mounts are a solid quality and design. They are a split frame design meaning they have a hinge on one side versus two/four screws. This makes the installation much easier. The included rubber inserts is nice as they have a marking stating for what diameter bar they are used for. The mounts are of a good quality aluminum. The hole was a little bigger than what i needed but a couple washers was all that was needed. I would rather the hole be bigger versus having to drill it out.     • Pretty durable and easy to install
You will need a drill with a metal drill bit to install this. However, after you get that down, it's pretty easy to bolt it into wherever you drilled the holes. Holds my whip light really really tight and I haven't had any problem with it made of anodized aluminum and is resistant to corrosion

These are very high quality brackets. I cannot overemphasize the benefits of them having a hinge… trying to hold two separate pieces together and thread two screws on opposite sides is a nightmare… if you do the math you need something like 4 hands for that to work smoothly. The hinge cuts that down to holding one thing shut while threading a screw with the other, which is infinitely easier. I also appreciate the inclusion of the split ring inserts and allen wrench for the bolts. Nice to have everything you need for a job right there in the box when you open it. Unfortunately for my purposes it didn’t work out, and it’s entirely my own fault. They say right up front to please measure first, and that it is usable up to 2” diameter, well I thought maybe I could get away with it on a 2.25” round tube frame on the back of my JK wrangler… nope, not even close, and the angle means a longer bolt is a no-go as well. So in summary, the point here is that a) these are excellent, well made, well designed brackets that I would highly recommend for any job involving a 2” or less bar, and b) reading descriptions carefully and measuring beforehand is wise. ... show more

I had never purchased anything from this brand / Amazon seller until a few days ago. I obtained a set of their Alloy Bar Clamps with the 1-inch TPU Ball and was suitably impressed (I rated them 5 stars). Always looking for another set of mounting clamps, I came across the same brand, BRCOVAN, again and gave these a try, feeling comfortable they would probably also be good quality. Indeed, they are. One-Piece Design & Quality Material: The clamps maintain the same one-piece design as their other mounting clamp products, crafted from high-quality aluminum alloy. The construction feels solid and durable, instilling confidence in the product's longevity. Outstanding L-Bracket Feature: What sets these clamps apart is the L-bracket design. It is keyed to specific positions via small metal pins that fit precisely into corresponding holes on the clamp body. This highly functional feature allows for versatile positioning of the L-bracket while ensuring it stays firmly locked in place once you have it in position. It's a small detail that makes a big difference for me. I'm so impressed with this feature that I'm going to purchase another set of these same clamps. Aesthetic and Functional Finish: The red hard-anodized finish on the CNC-machined 6061-T6 aluminum alloy is eye-catching, and it also speaks to the product's quality. The same clamp design is also available in blue. Is There Anything to Complain About? No, not really. But if I had to nitpick, I'd say the 0.5-inch mounting hole in the L-bracket could be smaller. A 3/8-inch hole would be ideal for my specific mounting needs. However, this is a minor issue and likely won't be a concern for most users who might actually prefer the larger half-inch hole. This is a very good flag / light pole mount. When you are in the dunes, a light bar and flag are not just for show but for safety and the last thing you want is you flag falling down on the job. Good looking mounts. They clamped up nice and tight on my 1.75" B pillar. I'm adding a couple LED lights that point out at about 50 deg for hitting the dunes at night. These are going to do the trick. The mounting tab has locating pins to keep it from rotating under vibration.
