Very supportive, velcro straps stay in place. Airy fabric that allows skin to breathe. This immobilized my wrist to give time for carpal tunnel nerves to heal up. It's rated 5 stars and I agree!

    • Cushion makes it about useless
What is not clear from the description and photos is that the cushion beads are located in the palm of the hand and they prevent you from things like using a mount and certainly from typing on a keyboard (let alone a host of other motions). Kind of makes this product worthless for 90% of your daily activities. It would work for sleeping but that is about it. There is also no way to remove this cushion as a work around. You also cannot flip it around as then the cushion is over your hand, with no supports under your wrist. I'm just not clear how this works for anyone. ... show more

This brace is very comfortable even when sleeping. It has good support to the wrist and you can adjust the tightness easily.

    • Not supportive enough, and hot
I need a splint for each hand due to carpal tunnel. I was using my old one which completely opened up and is adjustable with velcro closures. Very comfortable to sleep in. I needed a second splint, so I ordered this one. This one-size-fits all did not work for me, it's too large. It wraps around the entire hand and wrist with inadequate airflow, too much bunched material. I get overheated in it in no time at all.
