It cleans the ball for sure. I don't think it cleans them any better then other options. Belt marks and scuffs come off with some elbow grease. Removes oil. Leaves the ball semi tacky. I wasn't really all that impressed. Purple stuff, Kegel ball revive and motive amplifier are better.
