Nicely powered. I've done a number of projects with it and it hasn't let me down. I bought it because I was making my own boards for board and batten in my family room. Once I ripped the slats from 4/x 8 MDF sheet goods, I used this to create a nice 1/8" roundover to soften the profile. I had a lot of sticks for this project. It worked very well.     • Sturdy and easy to use for champfer trimming
Had one from Harbor Freight - that still worked but after the bearing on the round over bit broke off, I could not get the bit out (from the Harbor Freight). Purchased this and ordered a better round over bit - worked very well. Easy to see into the cutting area and it has 2 places to put your fingers to hold unit flat on the surface. Good speed variations and the base (which is clear plastic like others) does not fill up with sawdust and that is a plus for me. I would suggest this tool for normal use but I can't say much if using for daily use in construction however it worked and felt well in the hand. ... show more
