  • Great seller and nice equpment
I ordered the BOSCH Automotive Tools MTECH2 Mastertech II J2534 VCI and it is well made. It did not work with the GM TDS system so I returned. The seller was quick to ship and quick to refund. I wish the Bosch could have worked for me. A+ seller. Thanks JK

  • Sorry I purchased this
First off when I registered it I received a message telling me this device belongs to someone else do you still want to register it I went ahead and register it. Unless you buy additional software all it’s good for is a j3534 pass through. I was working on a GM vehicle I was not sure if I bought tech2 software if that is all I could use it for was GM. If you were going to buy additional software you would probably be better off buying this with the laptop and software already to go. The manufacturer website are not real friendly to independent shops just enough to meet right to repair laws. ... show more

  • Multi-OEM Function, Dealer Spec, Aftermarket
I have used it for Chrysler/FCA and GM/AC Delco and has been working great so far. Similar to the GM MDI unit, but allows for multi-OEM programming. - Aftermarket Technician

  • MasterTech device was received without wireless USB and device registration is a nightmare.
My $1700 MasterTech II device did not have the 2 USB wireless connectors included. I also tried to register it and the site says I need a service account but would not allow me to create one. I called tech support (Robinair) and was transferred 3 times during 30 minutes on the phone. Still is not registered. Went to Amazon to get some help since I am a prime member and they offered to give me a discount to purchase the missing USB's but could not help me with registration. If this was not so pathetic, it would be funny. ... show more

  • Very poor support service
Very poor support service and every time you contact the seller or company it appears no one knows how the product operates and product seam to have two model or serial Numbers.
