This is a great, sturdy little bookshelf. The wood doesn't appear to be real, and if it is has a sheen on it that makes me think it's not. Kept them anyway, they are true to size and are heavy enough there is no worry of tipping.

I really like this book shelf. Although the instructions were in another language, you could tell how to assemble it, by the pictures. The only complaints I have, are that the box was in terrible condition. I realize that this is a HEAVY item, but c/mon. And, upon opening it, all of the Styrofoam inside was broken up. It had me wondering if they sent me a returned item. Also, 4 screws were loose inside, fortunately, they didn't fall out of one of the many holes in the box. ... show more
