I ordered this in July, 2023, and it works very well, great speed. I use it every single morning, to mix my mushroom coffee, cinnamon, and collagen protein. If you're looking for a really good frother, this probably isn't going to meet that demand. It does give some froth, but nothing crazy. I have read reviews that mention "no longer worked after replacing batteries", but mine is still great even after replacing them, which I didn't have to do until after 3 months of usage. I don't know if the color matters in relation to that, but I bought the red one. I would definitely recommend this product. ... show more

This frother meets my specific needs and exceeds my expectations. I am so glad I bought this. Every morning I mix 1 scoop chocolate protein powder into 1/4 cup milk, then slowly stir in coffee. Prior to getting the frother no matter what I tried, I had lumps in my mixing. Not even shaking dissolved all the lumps, plus I had more containers to wash. Now, to my delight, i pour the milk in my mug, add the protein and use the frother. Then slowly stir in my coffee. My morning brew is so quick and easy and smooth now!     • Love this thing! But DO NOT USE IN SMALL CUPS!
I had purchased one of these because we had one at my job, and I really did take a liking to having a frothy top on the top of my coffee every morning, so I bought one for myself and it works great! But a little too great if you catch me. From my personal experience, it is best that you use this device for larger amounts of liquid to allow the battery to die down a bit before using it in smaller, singular cups of coffee, or else the liquid inside the cup will rise out and splatter everywhere because of the speed of the device out of the package taking power from the batteries they provide. This is my replacement for a cheap ikea milk former. Ikeas’s was pretty great for a couple of years then just fell apart. This one is more substantial and I got great foam the first time I used it. This frother works great. I've had it for a really long time and it hasn't needed new batteries yet. It works on every thickness from milk to scrambling eggs with out failing. I use it for heavy whipping cream just about every day and it's still going strong!!!!
