I love this light fixture! It’s gorgeous, looks more expensive than it was, and adds a bit of sparkle without being too formal. I have flat ceilings, so needed and appreciated the customization options. Allows you to make it longer, shorter, and includes hardware for vaulted ceilings (which we did have to remove from the base before installing). Everything was wrapped securely and packaged well. There weren’t any real instructions, so you’ll have to know how to install a light. The biggest con for me was the crystal strands have to be attached by hand and were not strung uniformly. So out of the box, the strands hung really uneven once attached. I took each stand (like 96 of them!) and basically re-folded the tiny metal connectors so that they would be more even. I then had about 12 strands that had double holes in the bottom crystal, which should only have the one. So I removed a star just for the work to even the strands out, and the fact that not all the crystals were correct. But once installed, it was worth any trouble and you don’t notice the little holes in some. It’s stunning! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This is one beautiful chandelier let me just say! It looks very modern and elegant. It's definitely a whole lot better looking than are old chain chandelier. Assembly was easy just a bit confusing the instructions could honestly be better. Box came with everything and acouple of extra pieces in case something is lost. Took about 45 minutes to and hour trying to put it up myself but I was able to do it and I'm very happy with the result. Note: Read the fine print before you buy. I thought these would take regular E26 light bulbs and they take E12 which are the ones with small screw ins. Had to go buy some E12s at Homedepot but Amazon sells E12 to E26 adapters so I will be switching them out to regular bulbs soon to make it look brighter E12s aren't bright enough in my opinion. But you might like the look better idk but I hope this helps. ... show more

Love it! Looks awesome in my kitchen. I put the crystals on with ease, it was packaged well and my electrician did in 30 minutes so if you know what you are doing it is DIY. And it works well with slope ceilings.

For the money was a little worried about the quality but gave it a try based on the positive reviews as I really liked the style. Electrician installed the light, I did all the little crystals as he broke one when starting. No issue for me with smaller hands, very easy to hook the crystals onto the light while watching tv. Get lots of compliments and it looks great. The shape, size and quality are just right with this piece could not be happier - and I have it mixed in with much more expensive fixtures and it does not look out of place. ... show more
