I like the thermometer, it’s small and soft on the end which works great for my kids. It is accurate as any thermometer. The only two things I didn’t like is that it seems to take longer than other thermometers I have had, which my children get impatient with since they are young. Also I wished it lit up as trying to read it at night is hard without turning on some sort of light. The case it comes with is great for keeping it clean. ... show more

Amended: we were contacted by the seller and given a full refund. Their customer service appears to be stellar. Hopefully the thermometer we received was a fluke and others work better. Originals review- I took my temperature and it read 102.5, which seemed a bit higher than I felt, so I took it again and got a reading of 100.5. A third reading yielded 99.6, and a fourth 99.2. All in the space of two minutes. My old, much slower thermometer gave me a consistent reading of 100.5. While I appreciate the speed at which this reads a temperature, it is useless if it doesn’t gives me a range of over 3 degrees. ... show more
