My procrastination paid off because I was able to get a $20 discount (price dropped). Anyway, I actually like this safe; it's lightweight & not overly bulky. HOWEVER, settling a PIN has been impossible to do (hence the 3 star ratings). UGH!! Luckily, it comes with a key.

The backlight for the key pad would not light up properly, and this made it impossible to put in a new pass code properly. I don't think the electronics are reliable with this safe and I would not recommend it. Returned it for a refund. Update: The seller offered to make things right and send me a new safe at no cost to me. Excellent customer service, so I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. ... show more

This safe is supprisingly sturdy it comes with a massive key so it’s hard to pick lock it it’s got a lot of room if your a gun oner i’ve got a 9mm and a .38 and they didn’t even take up half the room if you stack them you could probably fit up to 8 handguns

Arrived in very good packaging so even though it is heavy, it wasn't damaged in shipping. Safe feels very sturdy and works perfect. Easy to set up access codes or just use the key. A nice item at a very good price !
