The “cooler bag” approved size / style for Instacart. Quality is excellent. Price is fabulous. The grey on black is a pretty combo. Handles are comfortable to carry, as well. The height of bags require one to fold the tops of a grocery bag to fit, but I have no issue with this. Only one grocery bag really fits in each but plenty of room to pair with the OUTXE Ice Packs for Coolers - Large- 10 x 13 Inch (I put 2 in each - side and bottom) and you can easily do multiple batches with refrigerated and frozen items without fear of melting ice cream / warming up of refrigerated items. So far, great in 80 degree heat (May), doing double batches (2 stores). Items come out cold, even long runs, WITH the ice packs. Customers seem to be very impressed and thankful that care that is taken with their groceries. Will update how they hold up… UPDATE: After about 8 months of heavy, near daily use, the zippers held up. The outer canvas material held up. The straps held up. The inner liner is coming off a lot or some on all (seam areas) of bags but still functions and does not prevent use. I’d say, if using for instacart and getting heavy use, that every 1 1/2-2 years you might want to replace and have these as backups. I still recommend for price, and all-around. ... show more

They are so thin and flimsy that they don't stay open well to load them, so you have to hold them with one hand and load with the other, which can be difficult sometimes. They do keep hot things hot and cold things cold pretty well.

Keeps grocery items cold/hot, keeps items in upright position, prevents items from rolling all over car & I would highly recommend these bags. The only thing I did to make them more sturdy, was add a piece of cardboard to fit bottom. Also, they hold a ton of groceries! It may sound silly, but I often use for luggage on sister's weekends! Buy some! You'll be happy you did, but watch out, as everyone wants to take them from you! I bought a couple each for friends & family, as Christmas gifts & they were thrilled. These are nice insulated bags. Putting an ice pack in it helps quite a bit. They are nice for groceries, wine, meat, etc. WE bought similar ones before that lasted for at least 2-3 yrs, before the insulated part wore out. They are worth it! Thank you

But the bags are too sleek. So much so, that I dropped a bag at a home delivery. (Of course, they didn't tell me and kept the bag). I was very upset about it. Lost another one while walking away from a home delivery. Im a Professional shopper and pride myself on the details. This irked me to no end, not to mention the fact that my business suffers with not enough grocery bags. I absolutely abhor delivering soggy grocery bags to my customers! That is unacceptable! These bags are everything I could ask for. They are even lightweight. I use them WHILE shopping for lots of frozen items, lots of dairy, lots of produce, and hot/prepared food. I clean them every evening for the next day. Easy easy cleaning! One time a cut of beef leaked blood into a bag. I wiped it out with my cleanser wipes to stop cross contamination. Yes, I could still smell the gross blood the next day, but I think it was due to my super tuned sense of smell. I only had to wash it down once more, better, and no issues since then. Growing no aerobic or non aerobic bacteria at all. They retain their shape, are very spacious. Ordering a second package today. ... show more
