Got these yesterday. Had them put together and on the nightstands in 10 minutes. They look great. And the touch sensor works very well. I love how the Low setting slowly comes on for a nice gentle display of light. Medium and High snap up quickly with a light touch. Wish we could double tap to go from any brightness to off instead of cycling through the brightness levels to turn them off. I love the look of the lamps. The major issue is that no matter how hard you pull the cord and try to screw on the middle section it doesn't tighten. And Ive never had to assemble a lamp shade but it was super easy. I think Im going to use E-6000 glue to keep the middle piece to the base. I paid $52 fir both using the coupon and the online sale. They come packed together. And i think they are super stylish ... show more

My husband and I love these lamps by our bedside. They were a little smaller than expected when they came but we have them sitting on nice hardback books to raise their height. We love the USB outlets on the lamp. It eliminates having to have other chargers on our bedside table. They are very attractive lamps too but our favorite thing about these lamps is the touch control. I like them. We put one in our master bedroom and one in our living room and they look really nice. Unfortunately, the ones we bought--the touch control lamps--don't work with Alexa (they'll turn off but won't turn on) and that's a big deal to us. We like to walk into a room and say, "light on." In order to get Alexa functionality, you have to purchase the lamps with the mechanical switch, the $69 lamps, but then you lose USB charging functionality. So, if you're an Alexa user, you have to decide what's more important to you: controlling the lamp remotely or charging your iPhone.
