This was the first gel eyeliner I tried, and I loved it. But it’s pricier than lots of other gel eyeliners, and they all look the same, so I tried other brands. Every single other brand smudged, smeared, and left those “eyeliner rainbows” on my eyelids. I am cheap though, so I kept using them until I’d used up each brands. I was so frustrated, having to reapply eyeliner on my lunch hour because the cheap brands had melted and smudged and were everywhere on my face except where I’d applied them, that I decided to finally go back to this eyeliner. I. Am. In. Love. No smudging, smearing, fading, or marking. It goes on beautifully, stays put throughout the day, and let me reclaim my lunch hour since it doesn’t disappear. And I’m not sorry at all. After hearing of gel eyeliners, and trying a one-time disaster with liquid, I read all the on-line reviews. I want to thank people who take time to write. I’d tried to use softer and *smudgier* pencils in the hope of NOT breaking down my delicate eye tissue, I was about to give up. Without eyeliner or something on my face I look devoid of facial features. I’ve also reached the point of disappearing eyebrows! This BB brand (and a very good quality small brush) have brought my eyes to life and it stays on! It doesn’t end up double-printed on my eyelids. Using a set of your favorite shadows, and a quality mascara, you can do a day-time feel or apply more for a dramatic evening look. Product was dried out and shed into my eyes--more like a sticky powder. Definitely could not paint with it. I kept hoping it would work, but went past Amazon return window. Be sure to order from official sources from company's website.
