These will work and fit my jon boat. They’re okay quality, the spring on one wasn’t attached and fell right off when I opened the package. I don’t plan on moving these too often but unfortunately now it’s something I have to make sure I don’t lose or send to the bottom of the river. They’re easy to install just put the screws in and drop it in the hole. I’m not sure I would recommend these though. ... show more

The spring is not fastened to the pedestal base. So every time you remove the seat, when moving to a new spot in some cases, the spring is gonna come off!! 🤷🏼♂️ Bad design or lack of thought by manufacturing. Now i need a welder involved!

It isn’t clear at all from the listing, but you get TWO boat seat mounts for this price, not one! The seat mount hole spacing dimensions are weirdly represented. The real dimensions are 4.75" to 5.75" on center, and are of standard spacing On one of the mounts, the tack weld holding the spring to the mount plate has already disconnected.
