The instructions could have been a little better. In the beginning , I wasn't sure which way the legs turned, but it is a simple construction, not too hard to figure out. Easier, of course, if you have another set of hands. Time will tell how this holds up. The slats seem a little IFFY to me as they are some kind of layered wood. And like with all new beds nowadays , it has that middle bar to help hold them up. This is advertised as an 800 lb. capacity. I don't think that's accurate. I actually LIKE the look of engineered wood. Unlike MDF, at least it is REAL and not paper, plastic, or that compressed wood garbage. I'm a little concerned about the integrity of the legs having so many holes in them. Glad I bought a 2yr. protection plan just in case. I absolutely love this frame. I’ve gotten so many compliments. My sister is buying one after seeing mine. The box was HEAVY which to me, meant solid wood. I upgraded my bed from a queen to a king and this was just the perfect. I had bought storage for under the bed from ikea in the past, thought it wouldn’t fit but still was able to store without having to switch out. It was easy to put together. Once built is was easy to move around. Not too heavy but I like that. I am able to move the frame by myself to clean under it. I was able to put this piece together on my own. the only thing i was disappointed about was that one of the legs is shorter than the rest. I will have to see how well it holds up once the mattress is on it. overall the wood looks pretty and im hoping the frame lasts

Very nice real wood and stain, sturdy, looks far better than one would think for the money. Factory put assembly arrow upside down on one piece forcing me to remove and reinstall one side. This took me a solid 2 hours to put together including a redo of one side due to the bad arrow. If I’d had no issues then can’t see this taking less than an hour and a half.
