I have had this thermal label printer for about a year and I love it but it also drives me crazy. I love it because it's easy to work and because it doesn't make me waste (thermal) paper when it is measuring the labels as it measures and then it brings them back so you can use them. I have another one at my office that measures and wastes the label, which bugs me quite a bit. The print software that this one comes with is easy to use but i could NOT figure out how to make it work on continuous small labels, like product labels. it just doesn't sync with the size of the label. I don't use that often so it's not a big deal to me. What annoys me about this one is that yes, it is bluetooth but it only connects to your phone bluetooth, not to your computer bluetooth, so when I need to print labels from the computer, I need to actually grab the cable and plug it in. annoying. but here I am, a year later, writing the review now because about a month ago my printer started printing very "Faded", the blacks were a mere gray and you couldn't really see what was happening, and there is no way a bar code reader would've been able to read my labels, so i reached out to OMEZIZY and their customer service was wonderful. they responded quickly and with a few options for me to try, out of which one worked (changing the speed and density of the printer) and problem solved! This is my 4th label printer, and by far the best of the bunch. I have the following, in order of purchase: Jiose 4x6 label printer: entry level, cheapest available at the time; has served me well for my home-based business many years and is still working after thousands of prints Phomemo M400S: really fun 4x6 printer, my first Bluetooth enabled one, has a bunch of sticker and to do list templates and is very portable as it doesn't need to be plugged in to anything; the big con is that since it holds the labels internally it can only fit very small rolls of labels in a proprietary size, so it is not cost effective for business use Phomemo D30: similar features as M400S but in a mini handheld form just for quick fingertip labels And then there's this one! I love that it's Bluetooth, it prints much faster than any of the others I've had, and set-up was a breeze. Now I can operate my business straight from my smartphone if I want to, instead of having to boot up the computer every time. The price point is quite reasonable too. The one con I'll mention about all of these is that they each require their own phone app to work. I wish there was just a single open source app that could manage all of my devices, because I have way too many apps as it is. Now that I have 2 business printers, I can finally set up the two most common label sizes to just run and say goodbye to having to load and realign them every time I want to print a different sized label. Someday when the Jiose finally retires I will surely want another one of these so they can stack together more neatly as you see in my setup. I wasted at least 50 labels trying to set this up & get it going. I was planning on returning it & bought a different one. In the end, I kept this one because I could get the Bluetooth to work with my phone (and I could not get the Label Range printer to do that). My first issue was figuring out how to get the printer to calibrate the label size so it would actually print *ON THE LABEL* — I figured it out eventually, hold the button for SIX seconds for the blue light to flash two times (not flash twice, it should flash TWO TIMES.) if you release to early, it’ll spit out a test print. I’ve been using 2x1 labels, not 4x6 labels, so the size had to be precise. Once I got it working, I was content. additionally, my advice is if you are printing a PDF, check the size & double check the size. It will reset without you realizing! ALSO, print using system dialogue, do not use the chrome printing interface for PDFs. It’s easy to print a graphic from your phone via Bluetooth if you have them in your photos app. You can also import a PDF, crop everything & set the size — and save it for later. This will make my life a lot easier for printing classroom labels next school year. I’m very excited! ... show more

It is a little frustrating to get to work at first but once you do it makes things so much easier! It prints very clear, it does bundle up sometimes but I use it on n my counter so it catches on to things also. The customer service I received was amazing as well when I reached out for help!

I love this product. It prints so fast and is small, so it doesn't take up much room on my desk. The only issue I initially had was that it kept printing only partial labels that were turned sideways. I discovered it was an eBay setting I had to change but it seems to be a common one. If you have this issue, it is not the printer. Go to your eBay order page and change the size of the paper from 8x11 to 4x6. Problem fixed! ... show more
