I had used a Dymo 450 for more than 15 years, but it finally gave out. I looked at many printers and picked this one as it looked like it took many more label sizes and had mostly positive reviews. I was very happy with the ease of setting it up -- it is attached by usb to my desktop computer. I use Excel for my address book. The Label Live program has taken some time to use easily-- it could use a good manual. What was really impressive was printing 1/2 inch lettering on badges for a class reunion. Attendees could read them easily. Recently I changed label stock and could not get the labels to stop at the gap. It was late at night, I did the chat thing and got the problem resolved in a few minutes. That was impressive to get help during the holiday season late at night. The media could not be loaded. This printer is a beauty. It has a cute pink color and it’s compact, using both bluetooth and USB to connect to PC. It has a large bin that is used to store labels for printing and is even compatible with iOS so you can use iPad to print. The first thing about it that caught my attention was its matte color, which matches my room’s color scheme. The instructions on how to lay out the printer is very user friendly. I found the length of the cables to be perfect for my table, being long enough to reach the wall outlet and not so crowded looking. The print quality itself is pretty but it also depends on how many details you want captured in a print. That’s why I found it to be very nice that it had an option to adjust the amount of color as well as the quality of the prints with low, medium or high settings. I like to print on black and white for most of my artwork and this printer is perfect for doing just that. It doesn’t have to be used just for printing shipping labels but it can also be customized. I Enjoy Working at Home Without Going to the Post Office . This saves time and saves money with its inkless prints. The buttons are also very easy to use unlike other brands that are at times so complicated. Edit May 1, 2024 I bought this printer back in January of last year, and I am still incredibly happy with this printer. I must be one of the first people to buy and review, and I figured I'd come back. I was not paid, I'm just really happy when something so important to my small business works flawlessly and easily. I will admit, you have to have at least a bit of knowledge to know how to properly use it, but I figured I'd offer some insight on this printer. *Setup and installation is not difficult and when my phone can't find the printer, it's because I need to turn Bluetooth on. That's it. *if the printer runs s out of paper, it will tell you. The light will be blinking red. Once you properly refill with paper and close it, the light will still blink. You have to push the button to prompt it to continue printing. I read reviews about this saying the printer didn't work. Maybe it just needed to be prompted. *if you notice your labels too light, you can change your quality settings on the app to high quality, slower print time. *it reads the label types perfectly. I've used small upc labels, round labels, big round labels, and color labels. All work well. Hope this helps someone. January 28, 2023. I'm so happy with my printer! I've had it for about a month now and everything's great! It's so easy to use and no issues have come up. The company is so helpful! They've contacted me to see if I need help with anything. I had bought a different printer before from a different brand, and it didn't end up working because it wasn't scanning the labels anymore. I was so reluctant to buy a new one, and I'm so glad I bought this one instead of using ink printers! It's made me so much more productive because I do everything on my phone anyway, and when I get bulk orders, the labellife app opens up automatically making my life easier. If I get one order, though, I do have to save as pdf and then open up the app. I'm usually dealing with bulk orders though, so it doesn't really bother me. The color is really cute too! ... show more

Cute and functional. It's a bit larger than I expected but doesn't take up a huge amount of space. I printed out a couple hundred FBA labels and it was lightning fast, no jams when printing. I did have an issue when I switched from 2x1 labels back to the larger 4x6 size. for some reason, the feeder wasn't recognizing it was a large label even after adjusting the clamps to the bigger roll and I had to fiddle with it way longer than I would have liked. The app works pretty well, easy to load in your docs and resize. there's general weirdness when the printer is idle and you go back to the app to print again. I have to disconnect and reconnect the printer from Bluetooth to get the app to "wake up" and print again. Its annoying but not a deal breaker for the convenience of this printer. ... show more

This printer is very poorly made. My first one worked decent for a few months, had minor issues and had to frequently realign paper but it got me through. After about a 1-2 months it stopped working completely. Wouldn’t print more than a few centimeters of a label and wouldn’t realign paper. After many emails back And forth with support and none of the troubleshooting working, they sent me a new printer. This printer started missing entire chunks of the label less than 20 labels into its use. I couldn’t print useable labels because of this. While trying to trouble shoot that the printer stopped working entirely, doing what the last did not printing more than a few centimeters of a label. ... show more
