This product is great! I purchased it in September for my classroom, thinking it would just make it easier to type while I'm at my desk, and it would work great with my laptop stand. It's not only easier, but it's convenient, and I LOVE the color!!! It was one of the main reasons I purchased this combo. I haven't had any issues with any of the products, until today when the scrolling function on the mouse stopped working. The mouse itself still works properly, but I'm unable to scroll . I originally ordered this for my PS5. Very comfy and cute. I bought it to work and got so many compliments. I've only had 2 hiccups with this keyboard. 1- Bluetooth is unstable. I never tried Bluetooth with my console. But, my work laptop recognized it for maybe an hour before both keyboard and mouse stop being responsive. 2- Possible human error. I am unable to figure out the key combo to take screenshots (print screen key on regular keyboard) If anyone ever finds the combo please review. ... show more

    • Some keys do not work/now fixed

The mouse works fine, the keyboard has many keys that do not work. 6 keys on the bottom row, num lock doesn’t lock, numerous other random keys don’t work. To use a keyboard kinda gotta have all the keys work. I hadn’t used it much till now and am finding this out too late to return. I purchased this for my iPad Pro. The cover over the keyboard was a big selling point for me. My biggest issue is that after a while the symbols on the keyboard have gotten mixed up. The at sign is now “. And the apostrophe is now [. Here are the current symbols from 1 to 0 and you can see that this is not correct !”#$%&/()= not to mention that some of the others are also mixed up. I bought in Oct 1, 2023, it's Feb 15th 2024. Keyboard and mouse needed charging. When to change nothing happen. No lighting came on to show it was charging. I left it on the there charging for hour with checking on it. Next day. Went to set it up. No power lights came on. It was dead. So I throw it away. Now I have to bought another 1 but it won't be this one. I really like this. I had hopes for it will all the reviews I read. ... show more

Mouse works fine. Keyboard will not connect, not to any device. Tried all kinds of troubleshooting, it just won’t work. Shame, too, it has a very nice feel to the keys, but it does not work. Not worth it.
