I needed a new BT headset for work and was hoping this would fit the bill. I was sadly mistaken, and shocked at how low quality this BT is considering how highly it's rated. Let's get the good out of the way first: 1. It fits either side. 2. It includes a charging case. 3. It can pair with two devices simultaneously. 4. It's cheap. Now for the bad: 1. The earpiece volume is too quiet. With everything turned up to maximum volume, I had to concentrate to hear the person on the other end because it sounded like they were whispering, it was so quiet. The sound was fairly clear, but way too quiet. 2. I had been looking forward to some good tactile feedback with genuine buttons, but the on/off button requires a surprising amount of force before it "clicks." Not only that, but it rattles (and the loose rattle is louder than the volume of the earpiece speaker!). 3. The headset is uncomfortable. I wear a BT earpiece for 8-12 hrs/day, 5 days a week. A new earpiece will usually make my ear sore for the first few days as I get used to it, but this one made me sore in different places and different ways, which makes me think that I may not get used to it (and having to mash the on/off button to answer calls only highlights the discomfort). 4. The earpiece emits a faint high-pitched whine almost constantly. It's almost like the BT is doing its best impression of tinnitus.... These negatives are so bad that I've already filed to return this BT after one day of use, and I've picked out another one. Let's hope that one is better.... ... show more

I needed a new hands-free device, for use in my car, during my lengthy work commute. I've been through a few different "budget" headsets (different manufacturers, and models) without much success. If they're comfortable, they're usually not very clear- either on my end, or the other. The really compact ones seem to be the least effective- at least, at any reasonable price. So, with all that in mind, when I ran across this mini boom-type bluetooth earpiece, I figured it was worth a shot. I'm glad I did. This earpiece is lightweight and comfortable to wear. It includes 3 different ear gels, which are easily interchangeable, to get a good fit that's both comfortable, and effective at sealing out noise. The earpiece has a few buttons yielding a surprising amount of functionality, while keeping basic operations very simple. Sound/call quality is surprisingly good, for this price range, as is noise cancellation. And the mini boom is actually not very long, at all. With the headset on, you never see it, and practically forget it's even there. And this headset seems to run a good long time- especially in "stand-by" mode, on a single charge. Of course the headset also includes a well-constructed hard case- which doubles as a charging device. And the charging case has a built-in LED numeric power level display... a very nice touch. As I mentioned, basic operation is very simple: Once the device is paired to your phone (also a simple process), simply take the headset out of the case to turn it "on", put it back in the case to charge- and turn it "off". Easy to use, good call quality, reasonably priced... everything you could want, or need, from a hands-free device. This bluetooth earpiece is very good! ... show more

    • don't lose the case
review for: Bluetooth Headset for Cellphone, Wireless Headset with Battery Display Charging Case, Bluetooth Earpiece with Dual Noise Canceling Mic for Business, Trucker, Office, Compatible with Cell Phone and PC (update on 9/9/2023) i could not get the headset to work with phone calls after the 2nd charge. I could not figure out what i did. I could use siri, i could hear apps, but i could not hear phone calls. I was baffled. Putting it back in the case did not fix it. So, i tried every button and combination of buttons i could think of. I finally tried the "hang up" button and the "flash" button (the button on the same side as the volume) and i finally could hear the phone calls again. so, if you cannot hear your call, try this, or do like i did: i pressed a button or combination, then made a call. when that did not work, i tried another button or combination, and called. I like the headset, so i was relieved that i could use it again. original review below so, i have to start with the fact that i do not like these headsets that are charged in the case. its just one more thing that can be lost so i can't use the headset when its not lost. In addition to the above, the instructions do not state that the button that is labelled "on/off" in the listing really does do the on/off functionality. if it does (and i will double check and update), then i will up the stars to 5! Now, there are a couple of things that are irritating to me, but they don't hinder the use in any way, so i'm not docking stars for the following: 1) trying to adjust the headset to fit the ear is not easy. it takes a bit. then, in order to turn it off (per the instructions), you have to put it back in the case, so all the adjusting gets wiped out since you have to move everything so it fits back into the box. Now, the sound is decent. I can get Siri by holding the call button for 5 seconds. I can answer calls and disengage calls. the instructions make sense. the instructions just do not state that you can turn off the headset, so if you lose the case, then this headset keeps trying to connect, even on low power and kills other bluetooth headset connections. ... show more

It randomly restarts itself. It also does not fully charge with the box. Volume is low. Not worth the money.
