There were some good tidbits of information within the pages. But no specific in-depth details. Anytime they need to start a topic, he basically turns into, “and our three day seminar will teach you how to do it.” so the entire book basically reads like a large advertisement for their business on consulting. The book is a BARE introduction into the business. I thought it was going to provide useful information on HOW to start a residential assisted living business but the book is a pushy coy to take his class. Disappointed. Most useful thing was some other resources mentioned in the book. This book is advertisement for their educa tion program that cost over $4,000. This is book is not informative. I don't mind paying for an education program if it's worth and the price is reasonable. The program is probably worth taking but it's not worth it to buy this book.

This book is so elementary and is a marketing flyer for you to attend his course. What a waste of money...I'll save you the effort in reading. Each section starts by appearing to provide some sort of value and ends with him saying pay to join my academy. Don't waste your money.

I’m giving one star for how broad and limited information is. The information is good but everything in the book is on his YouTube channel and interviews. I have binge watched him and have not read anything new. Also, you can download it for free from his website , which I wasn’t aware of. I wish he would of delved deeper into the content but I imagine this is designed to market for his seminar. I’m starting his second book. ... show more

This is the same book they will send you electronically FREE if you watch their online seminar. BUT, this book tells you nothing more than the seminar did, which isn't much in the way of details. It's all about the bait and hook -- this is how they make their money -- reeling you in.
