It’s a good chair but I’m annoyed it’s red instea of it supposed to be BLUE ! But i don’t want to go through the process of waiting or whatever for a swap You had 1 job guys common and that was to select the right COLOR. But over all the chair is good comfortable wish the message feature was more intense but other than that, that’s it’s comfortable and well acts like any other chair, but I wish for the price I paid I got the right color buuuuut again I don’t want to have to go through swapping etc so whatever I don’t know what else to say it’s a Chair 😂 nothing ground breaking I would say it’s the same as getting the other chairs that are 50-80$ ones So that’s what I have to say it’s like any other chair on earth nothing ground breaking or whatever I might update my review the longer I use it to see how long it’s life span is and see if for hours in end game play will be effected etc ... show more

Hi, Just got chair today. Set up was fairly straightforward. Base where you sit is pretty thick and supportive. Arm rests are not padded but very adjustable. Back of chair is less padded that expected but I think the neck and lumbar pillow are supposed to make up for it. Adjust-ability of back is very nice. I like the back to be quite forward to keep me from slouching as much as I would like. The chair seems to be a reasonable value for the money. The vibrating lumbar pillow is nice, but should not be a selling point. It is interesting but a bit loud. I am glad I made the purchase, at least so far. ... show more

My old office chair is very old and I've been wanting to replace it for a while but couldn't quite find what I was looking for. I wanted something that was going to support my larger frame (I'm nearly 6 feet tall and weigh 280 pounds) and be comfortable, but not completely break the bank. So far I am extremely happy with my chair, as is my back. It did take a little while to ship to me, but I didn't mind waiting. I did need my husband's help to put it together and get everything lined up properly. The parts feel very well made and most importantly, heavy duty. My last chair's piston was broken so it's really nice to be able to sit with my chair at the right height. I like the lumbar support pillow but I personally don't see myself using the massager. I just don't like vibration massages, but that is just my personal preference. I'm sure the pillow will shift occasionally but it's somewhat easy to adjust. Love the head support pillow. As you can see in the picture I've wrapped it around the top, because if I had it lower it would hit the bottom of my neck and that wasn't very comfortable. But it fits great at the top too, thankfully. I've had the chair for a week now, so I'm not entirely sure how it is going to hold up, but so far it seems to be great.     • Easy to Assemble And Very Comfortable Cushion
My biggest gripe with other chairs I've owned in the past is the cushion. This cushion comes as it's advertised (over 4 inches thick). It's a tad firm but it's very supportive and unlike other chairs I've owned, you don't feel the frame through it. The massager is a vibrator with an off/on switch, and it comes with a fairly long USB cable to plug in. The legs of the chair are metal and painted black. Even though the seat cushion and back is pleather, it's very nice looking and I haven't had any issues with it sticking to my skin. Also, the reclining mechanism works well and leaves little doubt about when it is or isn't locked into place. Assembly was easy and the instructions weren't bad. Most of the screws are already in the cushions themselves, and a couple of extra screws are included in a small baggy. An allen wrench/philips screwdriver combo is provided as well. I'm very happy with this chair overall and am hoping to get several good years out of it. If this cushion remains anywhere near as comfortable as it is now, I'll be more than satisfied. The only suggestion I can offer Blue Whale is to perhaps offer this chair with a footrest option. In any event this chair came exactly as advertised and I'm quite pleased thus far. ... show more

Ok to start off, I’ve been looking for a comfortable office chair that I can do everything in. This chair is my third purchase. I just got it put together, took about 10 minutes. My first impressions first off are looks, this thing looks way better than it does in the pictures. The suede part is much more of a grey than a cobalt color in the pictures. I mean it looks great. The room I have it in has a gray/black/silver theme and it goes great. First impression sitting in it, it’s a true high back. The last one got said it was a high back and it most certainly was not. I’m 6 feet and about 220, my head fits perfectly on the attached pillow, not to high or to low. The seat being just flat is much better for someone on the bigger side. The first chair I bought had the sides on the bottom flair out and upwards and it was just really uncomfortable for me. Another plus about this chair is the adjustable arm rests. They’re awesome. The overall quality is great. Just the way the bolts line up compared to the previous ones I’ve tried it’s just a higher quality chair. You get what you pay for. I’ll update this over time but I feel like I finally found exactly what I’ve been looking for. ... show more
