    • sometimes it doesn't work & it's too short for basic size face
Bought this only a couple of months ago and just got past the return window- unfortunately was traveling and would definitely be returning now if I could. The mask is unreliable, often doesn't light at all even after charging and the red light sometimes doesn't work (only green, blue or white does). It's overall not very pliable and light (i had a similar mask for the past 3 years of a different seller but also budget friendly that was super light & comfortable and just stopped working). Further more, the opening on the nose is too short for a pretty basic size face (i'm a greek middle aged woman, 5.7, 135lbs- no prominent features) and that makes it very uncomfortable to wear since it the plastic cuts into the base of my nose. I do not recommend this mask unless you have a tiny face and are willing to risk it working on and off for the cheap price. ... show more

Love the quality and the artwork! Great price and my daughter's face is beautiful! Great value for money. I love that it's lightweight and easy to use. I love the look and texture of the mask.     • Worked great for 4 months until it had to charge
Controls are weird and hard to get used to but once I figured it out it worked fine for about 4 months. I tried to charge it for the first time, and I heard a weird buzzing sound coming from the remote and now it's flashing 88 and it's not working.

This product stopped working correctly after just 3 months of maybe 1x week use on average. Very poor quality. Also the controls are horrible.

    • Remote is broken after just 4 uses
So I bought this in September I used it a handful of times and had to recharge the remote. I charge the remote and it started making this weird buzzing sound and now it doesn’t work. I am so mad.

I have introduced this LED mask to at least 3 others and we all love it. I like that it’s silicone so it is light weight, easy to figure out, and most importantly I wanted something with multiple LED colors. Using the red light 3x/week I do see a difference and I feel like it helps my skin absorb the products better. Green light 2x/week to help with hyperpigmentation. ... show more

    • Not long lasting try different company
It stopped holding a charge after a few months. Worked on and off. See other reviews with the same problem. So I can’t even use it now.
