Bought this only a couple of months ago and just got past the return window- unfortunately was traveling and would definitely be returning now if I could. The mask is unreliable, often doesn't light at all even after charging and the red light sometimes doesn't work (only green, blue or white does). It's overall not very pliable and light (i had a similar mask for the past 3 years of a different seller but also budget friendly that was super light & comfortable and just stopped working). Further more, the opening on the nose is too short for a pretty basic size face (i'm a greek middle aged woman, 5.7, 135lbs- no prominent features) and that makes it very uncomfortable to wear since it the plastic cuts into the base of my nose. I do not recommend this mask unless you have a tiny face and are willing to risk it working on and off for the cheap price. ... show more

Love the quality and the artwork! Great price and my daughter's face is beautiful! Great value for money. I love that it's lightweight and easy to use. I love the look and texture of the mask.     • The remote stopped working after 1 month!
I enjoyed the product when it was working. I only used it once or twice a week for about 3 weeks. I had to charge the remote as directly once and it worked fine but the next time I tried to charge the remote it wouldn’t charge at all! I tried different outlets and everything. I contacted the seller and I haven’t gotten a response. Because I’m only a few days past the 30day return date, I have to go through the seller. Depending on the sellers response for either a refund or replacement…. I will update my review. But for now….. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS ITEM. ... show more

I have introduced this LED mask to at least 3 others and we all love it. I like that it’s silicone so it is light weight, easy to figure out, and most importantly I wanted something with multiple LED colors.     • Don’t Waste Your Money!
Worked perfectly for about a month and then suddenly stopped working (conveniently right after return window closed). Remote won’t stop beeping. No way to get in touch with seller. Very disappointed waste of money.
