Stopped working after a month for no reason. App crashes so much I stopped using it after 2 weeks. App constantly disconnects. Is very cheap and lightweight. App was very gimmicky and definitely was not tracking your teeth brushing habits. Definitely a waste of $50. Please don’t fall for this. Spent hours with the app and trying to get them to connect. They never connected... pointless to spend that much money on a toothbrush if it doesn't even work the way they advertise. Complete garbage. You can't access their site as Chrome blocks it saying it appears it's being hacked. So no troubleshooting options either. ... show more

We bought this toothbrush to help our daughter understand how to brush her teeth and to keep track of her brushing. The app records maybe 1 out of 10 brushes, which makes it impossible to use the brush to actually track her brushing. The brushing guide is helpful in theory, but does not accurately track how she is brushing (says she's brushing the top left but really she's brushing the front). He gets excited about brushing now and pays more attention to how long he is brushing. The app works well with it and allows me to monitor how well he’s brushing. Finicky app with a finicky connection to the toothbrush. Then about 2 months later my daughter explains it stopped working. Upon inspection both leads are badly corroded and one pin is stuck. The charging base is very very low quality and the use of copper charge ports is really a bad idea. It is supposed to be designed for children in a wet environment.
