Slow glitchy processor make the phone next to useless. The screen quality is awful….A-W-F~U~L! Combine that with the othrt glitchy issue and this phone is useless. Not a fan. I got these for my kids. Out of the 4 I bought 3 dont work already (wont turn on after being charged all day). VERY slow response times, many apps take minutes to open (not 30 seconds but 3-5minutes) Very frustrating. If you are getting it for a toddler who is just watching youtube then its OK at best. ... show more

Having only 1 GB of RAM and no 4G kills this phone's potential. The phone is a bit on the slow side, but the battery life is very good. If you only make phone calls and send text messages, this might be a good low cost option for you.

After 2 1/2 months, the touchscreen completely stopped working. A factory reset would not fix it. The phone also does not have enough memory to fully display a lot of websites, which is very annoying. The phone stopped working outside of the amazon return window so we had to threaten go to our credit card company instead to fix this issue. After an hour of debating on the customer service chat I was finally able to get a full refund. Do not buy this phone, it will kind of work until it is too late to return it then it will stop. 100% waste of time and money. ... show more
