I absolutely love this table! Saved $100 by buying it with a ‘damaged box’. The color was also a little too yellowy like other reviews have mentioned but I just stained it with a mixture of Provincial and Weathered Oak and it’s perfect! Nice sturdy table.

Gorgeous table! It does have imperfections (which I think adds to its charm) but that’s expected since it is reclaimed wood! I love that’s it’s so versatile! I’m actually using it as a bench in my bedroom at the moment! Would be great in an entryway with a basket underneath for shoes! Or in the bathroom with a basket of towels sitting on top! And of course as it’s intended use...a coffee table! Seriously so many uses! I’ve heard a few complaints about the price but in my opinion a piece that can be used in so many different ways is definitely worth a few extra $$ ... show more

I’ve never written a review before but felt it was necessary because this product really surprised me. It’s way more beautiful in person because it has that light elm wood Wabi Sabi feel which was exactly what I was looking for. I have a narrow living space so this table is perfect because it doesn’t take up a lot of real estate (read dimensions). I don’t think it would work as your main coffee table if you have a huge room. I also thought i was going to need to assemble it but it came ready out of box and was not heavy. Incredible value for price. ... show more

    • Mustard Yellow!
Firstly, the table does not have that beautiful elm finish but rather a pale mustard-like yellow that is just too severe to keep. Secondly and perhaps more importantly, I'd left it in my cart for about a week before buying. When I came back to purchase, it had been changed to a less expensive, returned or used and returned option. Normally I'd consider this option but not in the case of furniture. So I deleted it from my cart and put that last available "new" one into my cart. But what do I see upon arrival? Stickers on the package saying "thanks to you, this product has a second life." I went back to check if I'd mixed things up, but no indeed. Amazon charged me the full price for a clearly returned (mustard yellow) item, with damaged external and internal packaging. Now I have the pleasure of lifting, hauling, and carrying this massive package back to the post office without even the redemption of a replacement, as I don't think the quality/coloring is worth taking a second chance on. It’s a really nice table but I’ve received 2 tables with defects. The first table I ordered had a dark brown (almost black) stain on the top of the table. I requested an exchange and when the second table arrived it had green patches all over the top of the table. I will be returning with no exchange. ... show more

I wanted to love it so bad! BUT the color just wasn’t right it was so light and super yellow, the quality is great and the table is pretty but had to return due to the color.

Bought it “used” and it saved $100(description said box would be damaged). It came in perfect condition. The color of the wood was a little too yellow for my liking so I used Minwax early American stain and it is the perfect color now. It’s really wood so the stain went on perfectly.

Just what I needed and price was amazing. Love the look, exactly what I expected. I needed a bit warmer hue of wood (knew I’d do this when ordered) so applied a coating of Bri wax, dark with steel wool.
