I had run through water and another cleaner with my ultra sonic cleaner for a number of jewelry, however; got this and put some really old Tiffany and other silver jewelry with slight tarnish and was suprised how well it came out after running about 2 cycles through. heavy tarnished items do need a polish but everything works great. you can see in the photos where the water is super dirty afterwards. ... show more

    • Best cleaner solution
I’ve been using for a few years & love this cleaner!! I use this on real gold (yellow, rose, white), diamonds, morganite & sapphires works wonders, makes everything sparkle. Sometimes I dip a small child size toothbrush in the solution & clean the items if it doesn’t come out as clean as I like. I then rinse with water & paper towel dry & its good to go! I was very impressed as I have taken my diamonds to a professional jeweler (Jared’s) to clean in the past. It doesn’t say works on silver but i was curious because it works so well & i did try on silver & didn’t notice a difference, but it didn’t harm my silver either. I use the solution & water in a sonic type of cleaner machine I purchased off Amazon. I put very little in the machine just enough to cover my jewelry & the product last longer this way instead of filling the machine up all the way. It’s very little hassle, I don’t ever empty the machine after use I leave as is & add too when it starts to evaporate. I bought the 2 pack bottles in 2018 & just finished the last bottle so it’s very much worth price & good quality. I’m not sure if it was some of the jewelry. I was cleaning being an old estate, but it may have been that chemical being too abrasive because it loosened some stones out of a brooch. But other than that it seems to work fairly well.
