Let me say that this product is definitely worth the purchase! The quality is of $28 product. Don't expect paying $28 and get a $100 quality. The rods are steel tubes, but in this case you are just storing shoes so it should work great. The pictures I provided pretty much shows that this product came in one piece and everything is according to what the website showed. On last thing I wanted to add in is that I got extra 4 pieces (I assume it is for backup), so I used it as a stand. Hope this review helps you. ... show more

Read all the reviews before buying it, I did expect it to be lots of pieces to assemble from the reviews but I think my expectation were too low it took me all of 2 hrs to assemble it, but once it was assembled and ready to go I fell in love!! my only complaint is that I read some reviews stating there were pockets on the sides but didn't find those. ... show more

I love this for a few reasons. 1. It zips up so no dust or dirt can get on my shoes. 2. My cats can't get into my shoes. 3. It's perfect for many shoes. 4. Very easy to assemble (one issue with assembling it was that the parts were not labeled so you had to figure it out but it wasn't too hard.) The other issue I have is that the shelves could be spaced higher between each shelf because my 5 inch heels just barley fit. But other than that I love it! If you have lots of shoes and want them hidden from animals, dust or just hidden period, I recommend this. ... show more

Great buy! Serves the purpose for which I needed it. Needed extra space in my closet for storing shoes and to keep them off the floor. This is very low profile so I was able to place it in the back of my closet and it doesn't take any space away from anything else. I wouldn't trust anything super heavy on it, but for just storing ordinary shoes, it'll hold up fine. Assembly was easy enough, took me about 20 min, but was a little annoyed how difficult it was to get the little shelf covers on. Not a big deal. This is amazing. I bought this rack because I have a lot of shoes and they pile up in the entry way of room. What’s amazing is that all of my shoes don’t even fill it up all the way! Lots of storage. I have some items placed on top of it. It’s super easy to assemble, just be careful with the pieces the shoes themselves sit on. My boyfriend accidentally tore one of seams with just the faintest misplaced weight- so be gentle. It was an easy fix- I just used some duct tape underneath and placed that piece closest to the floor so you couldn’t see it. My favorite part is how slim it is. I really can’t rave enough about the functionality. Great value. Great product. I honestly want to say thank you to the company because it’s exactly what I needed. ... show more

Fabric feels a little cheap at first but can be sturdy because when stretched its firm. Took about an hour to put together. I only found the directions when i finished putting it together. Just be careful how you position the white plastic pieces. I live in a house of 5 and i bought it because im tired of seeing a huge pile of shoes everywhere. Also, the height inbetween each yier isnt tall enough for boots but i found you can put the boots sideways like how you find them brand new in the shoe box as shown in the pictures.
