The product is great and it deserves a boost! Quality They’re consistently 1/8" thick, which is perfect for laser cutting, they are laser cut, all the boards are cut precisely at 12", there is no visible variation between them (less than 1/64", if any). Having consistent dimensions is important when you set up your project. The wood is smooth and even, so I haven't had any issues with warping or rough spots. Laser Cutting These sheets are a dream to work with for laser cutting. They cut cleanly and precisely, with no splintering or burnt edges. The 12"x12" size is just right for most of my projects, giving me plenty of material to work with. With consistent dimensions, I don't have to worry about some boards being smaller and my parts not fitting entirely, or with positioning the boards and rehoming the starting point for the cut. Packaging Besides the external packaging, they came wrapped in two fairly thick cellophane bags, there was no damage to any of the board edges. The product smokes pretty bad in my laser machine compared to other wood products I have used. I've heard soaking the wood pieces before lasering may help. I am going to try it out and update. I also am super new to using a laser machine, so it may be my lack of understanding that could be causing said issue. 1/10 Quality! 2/3 of the sheets are warped and unusable. The others have failed to cut evenly or even all the way thru with a tried and true 30w diode! Cheapest is what you get with these!

This is a great wood for cutting and engraving; the sheets are square and smooth with a nice grain. However, they are advertised as 3mm thick and measure 3.4mm to 3.5mm, which causes some problems when cutting items with tabs that must fit together, making the joint too tight.
