This product is fabulous. It’s so easy to use. Literally, turn it on, plug it into the car, have phone ready and turn on the ignition. The two pair and BAM! You have your code you just look at the report on your phone at the concerns from the reader and it even has a cost estimate to fix. There was a probability of what the actual problem was so I looked up the code. Now I’m off to my mechanic to see if he comes up with the same one.     • Blocktec 400 Code Reader. Could be better.... But its not.
Build quality is good, the GUI interface needs to be better, reading codes needs to be redesigned. Deleting codes definitely needs to be better, it's a process to do everything. Where on cheaper code readers, you just click a button and its done. I would NOT recommend this model brand. Sorry if the software " Repair 2 Solutions" offer and update to replace the modules interface, I would recommend it. Also the pairing Bluetooth is awful to use. ... show more

It was able build a diagnostic report only once, then it was constantly giving me error. I wrote to customer service and ask them to help. They responded two days later telling me that they have problems with servers and it is a known issue they are working on fixing. One week later - same error. I waited few more days and then returned the reader. Either way, the functionality of this tool was not helpful - it did not have battery diagnostic feature like more expensive versions of this brand.
