I bought this to carry my ebike. It does a solid job. I wish I had read more carefully that it doesn’t fold up without an expensive addition. By the time I bought the extras, I could have bought a proper ebike rack. he biggest plus for me, it is not to high, so it is easy for my short self to roll the bike on and off. It wasn’t hard to assemble if you do it on the vehicle. The instructions say that an 11, 13 and 17 mm wrench is needed. However, if you use a socket set, you will need a long 18 mm to put the stabilizer on and you don’t want to use it without that. ... show more

I've only used it a few times but it seems to work perfect for my e bike. Very well made and if you use the little angle bracket on your hitch there no wobble, very secure.

Box arrived super long and heavy, labeled "MOTORCYCLE CARRIER" not Ebike carrier as it is advertised. When I called, the company said they use the motorcycle carrier for Ebikes/Fat tire bikes. There is no way I can load this to a hitch by myself bc of weight etc. Its WAAAY overkill for a single bicycle and in no way practical. Inappropriate marketing. ... show more

I'm a 68 year old woman. I hate things that are not machined correctly, and i really shouldn't have to deal with it. the parts will not assemble as they should.
