I really like these lights. I 1st ordered a 16" for the kitchen. I searched for an LED that was non-dimming, that just worked with an on-off switch. I prefer non-dimming for areas where I will never dim: Kitchen, pantry, & plan to order another for my entry. Easy to install. I had no problems fitting it into the slots & screwing it in. The one thing that I would wish for is a clip & string to hold it while I attached the wiring. I was alone & had the light balanced on my shoulder while I attached the wires. Some have commented that they are too bright. Yes... they are bright & it's a bright, cold light... but that's exactly what I wanted. I want good, strong light to see. Recommend. ... show more

You can't see it much but that is the point, it disappears and is so bright. I use them all of the time when clients have dark rooms.

Very easy to install. We put it at the bottom of our stairs. Very bright light but not glaring. There is a slight delay after we flip the switch but not that much.
