Works great in small apartments and dorm rooms where laundry is permitted but space is limited. Stacking kit keeps your portable washer and dryer (sold separately) safe and easily available. Dryer stacking rack keeps portable washers on the floor and keeps compact dryers stacked on the top shelf. Holds portable dryers up to 60 lbs. Compatible with BLACK+DECKER portable washers BPWH84W, BPWM09W, BPWM16W and BPWM20W. Also fits any washer with a footprint of 22.75” W x 20.24” D. (Washer depth can extend outside the front). Bottom washer space has height of 48.9”. Compatible dryers include BLACK+DECKER portable dryers BCED15, BCED26 and BCED37. Also fits dryers from other brands with maximum weight of 60 lbs. Easy to assemble in about 15 minutes. The stand is very sturdy. I put a whirlpool compact washer and dryer on the stand with no problems. The only thing I did not like was the wing nuts that came in the hardware kit. I would have preferred to have regular bolts. To change the wing nuts to regular nuts would be cheap and easy. Just make sure to tighten the nuts fairly tight. The finish is nice too. I highly recommend this stand to any one looking for a stand to stack a compact washer and dryer. Measurements are spot on. When I bought my compact washer and dryer, I thought I was going to have to build something like this out of wood, but of course, someone thought of this long before I did. It's quite perfect for stacking a small dryer over your small washer. I give Amazon credit for their suggested products, and the algorithm works (for the most part!). I was waiting for the washer and dryer to arrive and wanted to send a link to someone to show what I bought to discuss what I needed to build, and there it was. I think I paid $120 or so. What can I say? Well made, high quality, strudy construction. Fact is: you get what you pay for and this stand isn't cheap. It actually came in small box, but once I put it together I immediately realized that I'd be mounting a portable washer & dryer to a stand that is difficult to move.

Used this stand with our black and decker 3.5 cubic ft electric dryer and black and decker 2.0 cubic ft portable washer. Be careful purchasing a washer to go along with it and make sure it’s the correct model number. If you purchase a black and decker washer bigger than 2.0 cubic ft it WILL NOT fit. We learned this lesson the hard way and had to return a giant washer. The stand is nice overall and sturdy, be sure to anchor it to the wall to avoid tipping. ... show more

It is a great product. The instructions were not easy to follow but I figured it out. It’s heavy but not too bad. I had to tighten the bolts with a pair of pliers and it hold the dryer well without bolting it to the wall. Wiggles a bit but very strong. I recommend highly.
