I love the overall look, black and gold just has a classic look. It’s a very solid light, there are a few things to take into consideration, for starters the rod lengths it comes with one 6 inch and five 12 inch rods and threaded bolts aren’t fixed so there’s a bit of care when putting them together. The second thing that applies to a sloped ceiling, the hinge only bends in one direction, which added an extra step to installation. An easy fix with a swivel cross bar I bought, but then I had to reduce the size of my ceiling box because the canopy wasn’t flush, not a huge problem, but something to keep in mind if you have vaulting ceilings.
