I agree that the strap is useless, mine shipped missing an adapter, email customer service, answer in less than 24 hours that they have no individual parts, offed a partial refund or return. They credited my account in like 24 hors for the missing part. As to using it, its fabulous, gets water to where you need it. Im using it with a 2300psi electric unit, planty of power and no loss at the end of wand.     • Works well although it is a little heavy even with the sling.
I used the product to clean the center supports of my pool cage. The telescoping feature permitted me to reach it from the sides of the pool without having to set up scaffolding between two ladders to reach the two sections above the slope from shallow end to deep end of the pool. While it was relatively easy, the product is heavy and a bit cumbersome with the heavy duty hose. But that will hopefully ensure many years of use without needing replacement. ... show more

I haven’t used it yet, but everything looks good I had one febore , got stolen, so I hope this one works as good , for previous experience I was very happy to be able to reach second story home without getting on a ladder.

This thing cleans your gutters, or pressure washes something from 25' away, although I'm not sure what besides gutters would need this distance. If you're a 5 foot tall feather weight, good luck, or use a dinky pressure washer I suppose, but that's no fault of the product.....it's just that holding a pressure washer sprayer that's 25' long, vertically, is not for the weak or dainty! ... show more

    • Missing most important part
As mentioned by other reviewers, this unit arrived missing the M22 coupling adapter and 5x tips. The adapter is the most important part to allow use with a pressure washer hose. This appears to be a recurring issue with this product.

    • Great for Reaching High Areas
As others have commented, this pressure washer wand is not for the meek. If it is fully extended, it can be a bit unwieldy to handle. The belt really isn't useful. However, if you have the strength and coordination to control the wand, it does a great job of washing high areas and windows of a two-story house. It more than paid for itself by me not having to pay someone to wash my second story windows. ... show more

I pressure washed a 20' tall house exterior with this monster. It takes some serious monkey gripping and a dinosaur back, but it beats the heck out of standing a ladder. I did the entire house in 3 hours. It's a great improvement over leaning for your life. Big Rudy

    • Did not fit my pressure washer, returned.
Although they included a brass fitting/adapter in the package, it did not fit my YardForce 2200 pressure washer so I returned it.
