Love this product! - The battery works long enough to clean my entire apartment (living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom), I’ve never had it die in the middle of a cleaning. - I love that the dry debris is dry when you’re done cleaning, it effectively mops floors without having to do the pre-work of vacuuming and there’s no yuck to clean up when you’re done. - It is easy to use, I love the swivel head and the fact that the entire machine can lay flat to get under furniture. - this is not for carpet - hard floors only, although it handles small areas of my thin ply rugs just fine. - this does not suck up any liquids, it is effectively a mop that can simultaneously pick up hair, cat litter, and crumbs. We needed a good wet cleaning mop to clean our 5th wheel linoleum floor. We vacuum often but we know that the floors are still dirty as the inside comes in often while camping. We need a good powered floor cleaner and this works very well. It will vacuum dry things well but we use it mostly for wet cleaning. The included discs help to power away the hidden dirt on the floor easily. The discs are easy to throw into the dish washer for cleaning as well. We use this probably on a weekly basis as we live in our 5th year year round. The rechargeable battery lasts a long time. We always charge it after every use and it last while cleaning our RV. This is a good multi vacuum and wet cleaner that helps us to clean up the outside that makes it way inside into our 5th wheel. ... show more

I love, love, love this Bissell SpinWave + Vac Cordless Hard Floor Spin Mop! This floor cleaner has been incredibly time-saving & has made cleaning my floors practically effortless. My entire house is hard flooring with hardwood & tile. The fact that this can vacuum & mop at the same time means I can tackle every mess, big or small, with just one appliance. It was extremely easy to set up & fill. I very much appreciate that it stands on its own & doesn’t need to hang or lean in a corner somewhere. It includes a small tray that not only helps attach the velcro cleaning pads but also works great for storage, preventing any excess moisture from settling on the floor. Being cordless, I can literally take it anywhere. I’ve even cleaned the floors in our outdoor storage room without being tethered to a long extension cord. The battery life is fairly long but depends on the function you're using. You can use just the vacuum, just the mop, or both simultaneously. Of course, using both requires more power & drains the battery more quickly. At full function, I get about 30 minutes of battery life before needing to recharge, which is enough to clean a large room like a kitchen. Included are 2 sets of mop pads—1 set for scrubbing & 1 softer set for wood floors—a small bottle of sanitizing cleaning solution, and a charging cable. Both the mopping & vacuum features work very well. After mopping, I can see & feel how much cleaner my floors are compared to using a traditional mop or Swiffer. The cleaning solution goes into the same tank as the water & it distributes a continuous spray without requiring a trigger. It saturates the floor just enough to get the job done but not so much that it takes long to dry. All the compartments are easily accessible & break down for convenient cleaning. The dust canister isn’t affected by the moisture from mopping, so you can easily empty it into the garbage. It’s compact & doesn’t take up any more room in my utility closet than a stick vacuum or mop would—unlike a bulkier shampooer. It’s lightweight & easy to maneuver. It moves almost like an industrial floor polisher in that it feels like it’s hovering on the floor & tends to pull side to side, but it’s still controllable with a light push/pull motion. The mop pads are machine washable & air-dry for repeated use, so you don’t need to purchase replacements often. I did dock 1 star because it’s not great at getting into inside corners. The shape makes it perfect for getting right next to baseboards, objects, & around edges. However, inside corners are tricky, and there’s always a small space that can’t be reached. I included a picture as an example. Working the corner from different angles helps, but there’s still a tiny spot that’s just unreachable. That said, it’s definitely not enough to discourage me from using it. Overall, I think this is a fantastic, high-quality vac + mop combo that keeps my floors perfectly clean & saves me time.     • Very Convenient for Busy Family!

The media could not be loaded. I live in Southern Arizona, and our houses generally have a lot of tile. I figured this would be perfect to use between heavy mopping. I would say this has the general effect of using a wet Swiffer type mop. Unlike some of the mopping machines out there, this one does not cycle water. It puts water down onto the mopping pads, and then those spin. Because the dirty water is not running through the system, it is very easy to clean and maintain. You simply peel off the mopping pads, and throw them in the washing machine. This is perfect for the busy individual, who really doesn't have the time to vacuum and then mop. This machine does both at the same time! The vacuum portion is in the front of the machine, so it vacuums, then the spinning mop heads come behind and scrub the area. The vacuum actually works pretty well. I haven't had any issues with it not picking up crumbs and dirt. It does have a harder time with large dog food pieces. One thing I love about this vacuuming mop is, it is cordless. You simply plug it in, and it charges up in a couple hours. It holds a charge for a good amount of time. I have no problem vacuuming/mopping my entire lower level of my house on one charge around 1200sqft). The battery is stored internally, so I'm not sure how easily that will be replaced in the future. I've never had a battery powered vacuum, that ran for more than a few years without needing the battery replaced, so that is a bit concerning. Overall, I really like this combination vacuum/mop. I love how quickly and easily I can clean my tile. I wouldn't say that it is meant to deep clean tile floors, but it is perfect for that daily maintenance. I understand it’s not a tineco, but it does a terrible job mopping and vacuuming. It’s nice and easy to move around and the battery lasts a long time. Otherwise , I’m prob just going to try to sell it for cheap. Waste of money in my opinion
