  • Powerful cleaner
Style: SpinWave PET, 20399
My first floor cleaner (different brand) was battery powered and too lightweight to get dirt off floor. This one is heavier so it keeps the cleaning pads on the floor and I don’t need to go over dirty areas many times. It is motorized, doing all the work so my arms and back don’t get tired. Finally, the cord allows me to clean anytime without needing to wait for a battery to charge. Best floor cleaner! ... show more

  • Best mop ever!
Style: SpinWave PET, 20399
I have been using a Shark steam mop for years to clean our hard surface floors (hardwood, tile, LVP, etc.) and it was just not getting the LVP as clean as I would like due to the small groves in it. I researched automatic mops and found this one came highly recommended so I ordered it and boy am I glad I did! This is the easiest mop to use as it essentially moves itself, you just guide it to where you want it to go by twisting the handle. This is great for my bad back and makes the mopping so much easier. I used to end up all sweaty after mopping with the Shark but no more! Now I will mop more frequently and spot mop when needed due to the ease of use. The mop comes with 2 small bottles of solution, good for 4 fillings of the mop tank, and it has a light, pleasant smell. The mop cleans very well, gets under counters easily but not under the front of my refrigerator as the Shark did, and the pads are easy to change. I also appreciate the 22 foot cord which means I only have to unplug and replug once or twice to mop the entire house. Finally, I like that I control how much cleaning fluid to use depending upon how dirty the floors are. I highly recommend this mop. ... show more

  • Easy to use, clean floors after!
Style: SpinWave, 20393
The short story is it is easy to use and works so well! I would purchase it again without a thought if i needed. Floors look amazing! The long story... I was hesitant to buy this but I really needed to get something. We have a 60 pound lab mix and just got an Irish Setter puppy. Both love going inside and outside all day. Vacuuming our house and using a hand push Bona just became impractical. (Tile downstairs and LVP upstairs, no carpet other than rugs.) I had been willing to pay the almost $1000 price tag on the Dyson Submarine, but the reviews and videos just didn't make me a believer. (We currently have a cord and cordless Dyson so we are already brand supporters). I found that this item and the product description made sense as well as the video and reviews. The packaging was over engineered, no chance the items inside could be damaged unless run over by a bus. Assembly was very easy, it was pretty much already fully put together. I can't say anything about the cleaning samples they sent, I have just been using water or water with a small touch of vinegar, but there were 3 that came with it. But my floors!!! Wow!!! I wet the mop heads before use with water and when I turn this on it simply glides over the tile floors. The amount of fluid you squirt while cleaning will lengthen drying time but my tile dries in about 2-10 minutes. The LVP I am more judicious with the spray so it dries faster, more like 1-2 minutes. The dogs walk around on the floors before the water dries but I never see prints when dry (tile and LVP are a faux wood plank, walnut color.) The mop heads are white when you get them but they certainly won't stay that color. The first use amazed me in how much dirt and dust we had... like ewe^10. After one use and a wash in the washer they were a light gray. After using them weekly for about three months they have settled into a nice medium gray tone after going through the washer. It amazes me how dirty these two dogs and two people can be! But my floors look and feel amazing. I do vacuum the floors first, then use the Bissel. For my downstairs (1000 square feet) I am done in about 30-45 minutes. Upstairs there are more items to move around as well as closets and bathrooms to go in and out of. I would say upstairs (1000 square feet) is more like 45 - 60 minutes. Again, those times include vacuum and mop use as well as dry time.) It comes with two or three sets of mop heads I think, but I bought extra so that I could trade them out as they got dirty and get a couple with more umph at scrubbing if needed. (Have not needed the scrubbers yet.) I use 2-3 sets downstairs since that is higher traffic and can usually get away with just one, sometimes 2, upstairs. They are velcro and I haven't had any issues with them coming off during use so far. The soft side of the velcro is on the mop head so they don't snag on things in the washer. I am 💯 in love with this product. I won't say I look forward to cleaning, but I do love how clean the floors feel to walk on after I am done. My husband is a super fan of the product as well!!! My dogs, the jury is still out with them. Added benefit - our puppy was smart and potty trained pretty easily. But there were accidents for the first few months. We got this item when she was about 2 1/2 months old, but the main room we kept her in had a little urine smell to it. After using this product for a couple weeks the smell was gone completely. ... show more

  • An ok alternative to traditional mopping
Style: SpinWave PET, 20399
Update Sept 2024: The sprayer doesn't work. I have to wet the floor with a spray bottle to mop. Reduced stars from 5 to 4. Also edited the headline. Update March 2024: One of the black plates fell off. I found the screw, but it won't go back into the place. I can't thread it through the plate and into the mop. So now every time I pick up the mop, the plate falls out/stays on the floor. I have to turn the product upside down to put the plate on then quickly put it down to use it. It spins fine, but that's the inconvenience I'm dealing with. I have been using an O'Cedar spray mop (but the spray broke so I had to spray by hand with a bottle). I have textured, light LVP throughout the 2,200 SF house with grouted tile in the bathrooms and laundry. We're a 2 adult/2 dog household. I dry mop 1-2x wk, vacuum 1x wk, and then mop. I purchased this to work on the high-traffic areas, but also possibly replace the other mop. Overall, it's a good alternative to the hand mop approach which is quite a workout for me. - Pro: very easy to put together and use - Pro: pads are easy to install and remove - Pro: pads are easy to hand clean if you want to do so between rooms or dirtier areas of the house - Pro: easy to store; doesn't take up a lot of space - Pro: low noise level with a beep when misting floor with cleaner - Pro: uses 2-cups of water before adding formula (I use white vinegar). This covers a 2,200 SF home. - Pro: easy-to-use water/formula bottle; no tricky installation or removal. - Con: if you have arthritis, carpal tunnel, or any hand sensitivity or neuropathy, this could be challenging to manage and guide. While there is no noticeable vibration, the need to guide its direction might require two hands. You can use two hands because it's not very fast or ornery on its own. Just know that you might have to take a hand break. - Con: because the speed is slow, cleaning a full house could take a bit of time. I think it's a good 1-2 hours compared to a shorter time for a traditional mop (because we're more likely to push/pull faster). You don't want to push/pull this mop too fast, it won't be as effective. - Con: this doesn't apply heavy contact to the ground that you'd likely be able to apply with a traditional mop. It does pick up dirt, for sure, but not quite like I've achieved with a hand mop. ** Tip: wet the pads, wring them out, and then install on the mop. When I used this the first time, with dry pads, they didn't pick up as much dirt. The water primes the pad to clean and pick up dirt. I did this with my standard mop with the same success. ** - Con: this won't clean your tile grout, dug-in stains hardened dirt, or grooves of tile, hardwood, or LVP. This is a standard mop that rotates while going in a vertical direction. I think it has an advantage over a standard mop, but it's not the holy grail I was hoping for. I use the soft and scrubby pads (striped white and gray) that came with the purchase. I might invest in the scrubby pads (they're pink) This mop has made this activity easier than bending over, spraying the floor then mopping. I'm also more likely to mop the full house vs rotating between sections in addition to always mopping high-traffic areas each week. I might not get the same workout as with the mop, but I'm happy with it. I will keep the other mop for minor issues. I also keep a Swiffer for quick tile clean-ups. Edited to add photos. ... show more
