The carpet cleaner was easy to use, I spilled some hot sauce on the carpet in the picture, wasn’t able to get the carpet cleaner for about 2 weeks, pre treated the carpet with shout stain remover and used this and the bissell deep clean + anti microbial solution and the carpet is good as new. We have two 5'x4' entry rugs that occasionally get hit with pet urine. I've used this little green machine less than five times since we purchased it and I thought it worked well the first time, though I did notice that the black water didn't seem to be much compared to what I sprayed, which is why I rated it poorly for suction power. It's fairly easy to use, the rugs appeared cleaner and It definitely helped with the odors. But now the spray doesn't work and the machine leaks. No matter how many ways I troubleshoot the issues, I can't get it to spray or stop leaking. So, I would not recommend this product. ... show more
