I ordered this netting to protect my raised beds from cats using them! The net is big enough for pollinators to get thru, which I like. It is so very lightweight that it is hard to open up and stretch over the beds without getting tangled up! Perhaps if I had someone else, another pair of hand to use, it would have been easier to apply! ... show more

    • Only effective in conjunction with other protective measures
This alone is not nearly enough to deter animals. The openings in the netting are small so if you put up a metal poultry fence and then this, you’ll be able to at keep the rabbits out. However, with this alone, the rabbits just make holes in it and charge through, followed closely by deer, who are definitely more deterred by it, but not after countless rabbits have ripped enough holes to make it easy for them to make a larger gap. I also chose this color because I thought it would be less of an eyesore. True, but the animals can’t see it either. Without additional metal fencing that they can see, everybody who manages to make it over the 7ft fence (birds, bees (to pollinate my vegetables!), a curious squirrel) has a very hard time finding their way out, and it’s a little sad to witness them all so frantic. The only ones who enter and exit easily are the rabbits. ... show more
