The media could not be loaded. Very easy to assemble and my baby girl is really comfy inside, and she loves to touch the 2 toys (included with lounger). Thick sides provide a sturdy cushion and are much safer for baby than other loungers (we had a lounger with soft and fluffy sides before, and I was constantly worried about the safety). Everything is nice except the mattress is flimsy and it looks just one layer with the board. It will hurt the babies back . It just feel like sleeping on the board that has no cushion . Very disappointed.
