These pedals arrived in about 1 week after ordering. They are not really lightweight, but they are light enough. The original pedals were lightweight, but also somewhat fragile. I am about 185 pounds, and ride this bile 75-100 miles per week on city streets, and the lighter weight pedals began to pull apart pretty quickly; these pedals are somewhat heavier, but also sturdier. My bike is a bright lime green, and these red pedals are pretty distinctive on the bike. So far, it's a good combination. These were a cheap lightweight option for my road bike. Needed to get away from the clipless pedals. What I thought was a solid product at the right price turned out to be cheap made parts that were ultimately unreliable. The right pedal shaft snapped in half between the threads and the pedal.

Based on the reviews I was a bit worried about these, but after trying them out they seem fine to me. They arrived with some paint chipping but they were easy to install and they look really good. I use my bike to commute to and from work every day, and for that purpose I feel like they will do fine. I believe the people who had issues with them probably ride hard and for long distances. I purchased these replacement pedals for my son‘s bike and he only weighs about 100 pounds and only uses the bike to go to school! After just one month of use, one of the pedals completely sheared off while he was riding home from school and had to walk the bike home 3 miles. Very disappointed on the quality of this product. They look good but they are very gummy. The bearings are trash if they even have bearings. I bought them for my son bc he destroyed his factory one, I don’t expect these to last long either. I recommend RockBros that’s what I use on my bikes. Not crazy expensive but look great and are smooth
