Bike Engine Carburetor for motorized bicycle/bike 80cc 66cc 60cc 50cc 49cc 2 stroke engine Size: 4.25"x2.36"x1.38"(10.8x6x3.5cm) Material: Aluminum Carburetor Color: silver Package include: 1 Carburetor assembly + 1 Throttle Cable(48"). Installation Notes: Installation is a breeze: Begin by opening the throttle cable port of the carburetor and sending the bare cable through it. Take the jet needle and plunger from inside the carburetor and install the throttle cable in to the plunger, being sure to install the spring on the throttle cable as well. Thread the throttle cable port back on to the carburetor, and slip the carburetor over the intake manifold on the cylinder body. Clamp the carburetor down on to the manifold and you're ready to ride. Tips:Be sure to choke your engine on cold days and tune when needed.

This carburetor is awesome! I leaned it up one notch and changed the jet to a #68. My bike started on the first pedal stroke. My bike usta takes 75 to 100ft. This carb fired up immediately and the idle was set perfectly out of the box. It just feels like a better quality in your hand. The fuel inlet ripple is bigger than the China doll ones. The spring is much stouter its just a much bigger quality. I found a trick to installing on the bike(pictured). Use a pair of hemostats to hold back the spring. i received a real nt speed. looks good, very clean castings and comes with a throttle cable that im not gonna use. the cable is very nice though. EDIT: i bought another but this time i got an HP carb which isnt even what was listed, not to lention that it didnt even come with an air filter. Im not sure what to do now. For the price point it’s a decent deal. The one I received was a real Speed carb. The throttle response is miles better than the stock when that came with the kit. My biggest complaint is sometimes when ya shut the bike off, the float will get stuck and leak out the filter. Other than that issue I have no complaints. My bike also does run a little rich using the stock needle jet adjustment so if you don’t want to run super rich it might make sense to turn it down a little. ... show more

I was hoping to get the real deal and I did. Very happy with the quality and performance it gave me. I am at 2200ft elevation so I did need to re jet it. Came with a unmarked 70-74+ jet. I had to put in a 68 probably could have used a 67 but I’m happy where it’s at. So far no problems and no four stroking. Also no leaks and my bike fires up with a couple pumps on the primer. Very happy these are still around. Good and reliable. Update: I have had this carburetor for a few months and I will probably be using it for years more to come. I recently purchased a second one and I am just having it on the side for my second build im starting to build soon. This carb is indestructible, The speed carb is the best one you can find. You cant go wrong with this thing. It takes any 5mm jets and it will last forever, very happy ... show more

Awesome, I have absolutely no issues. This works for a cheap 80cc bike kit I bought. I had issues with the stock one and a "racing" carb not having enough airflow or putting too much fuel into the mix. Eventually the racing one fell apart after a pin broke. This one has unlocked higher speeds and is much healthier sounding. My ride to work went from 30 minutes to 20 minutes due to the better efficiency ... show more
